SURESH WADHWANI RUNS THE LONDON MARATHON 2008 On Sunday 13th April 2008, by the Grace of Pujya Gurudev and the Blessings of Pujya Guruji, Suresh Wadhwani successfully completed the gruelling London Marathon with the aim to raise funds for Chinmaya Mission. This was the 4th year in a row that Chinmaya Mission UK has been represented in the London Marathon. Brahmacharini Sumatiji was present throughout the day to cheer Suresh on, together with many Mission members and well-wishers of all ages. Chinmaya Mission UK is grateful to all who offered their support, good wishes and prayers and sponsored Suresh so generously in a true 'yagna spirit' . As a result of your generous contributions, we surpassed our target and have raised just over £41,000, confirming what Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda said : “If we all work together in a coordinated, cooperative, selfless manner at the same altar of Grace, the outer circumstances must miraculously change their pattern to be conducive to our common will striving for the good of all”.     Click Here To Return To The Seva Home Page
