A COURSE BY SWAMINI VIMALANANDA Meditation is often seen as an activity. However, it is not a verb but a noun - it is a state that one abides in. Meditation is not a process, but an effortless awareness of one’s true Self. Swamini Vimalananda, a Senior Acharya of Chinmaya Mission will conduct a course on the theory of Meditation (first half an hour daily) followed by practice through Guided Meditation in the next half hour.
