| What
is the Success Inc. youth conference? |
| Success
Inc. will be a one-day conference, conducted by Swami Swaroopananda,
dedicated to discovering and applying the ancient principles
of Vedic philosophy into our everyday lives. |
|
| The
event will be a full day of seminars and interactive workshops
dedicated to discovering our inherent potential and conducted
by Swami Swaroopananda of the Chinmaya Mission
and organised in conjunction with the Kings College London
Hindu Society. |

| Where
will it be? |
| The
event will be held at the Waterloo campus of Kings College London,
Franklin-Wilkins Building, Stamford Street, London SE1 9NH (a
2 min walk from Waterloo station) |

| Who
can attend? |
| The
conference is open to anyone aged 18 to 35, although
we expect the majority of the 200 registration places to be
made up of University students and young professionals. |

| How
much will it be? |
Advance
registration is £15, which includes lunch, snacks
and all materials for the day
Entrance is by advance registration only. |

| What
kind of day will it be? |
| The
day will consist of several seminars by Swamiji combined with
discussion groups, an interactive and question & answer
session.
The
purpose of the event is to practically apply the ancient wisdom
of Vedanta in our everyday lives, so that we may attain the
Success we seek in any given field.
The
desire for success permeates our lives: it is what drives
us through school, higher education and on into our careers.
Financial success, successful relationships, spiritual success…our
entire lives are built around this concept of triumph and
accomplishment.
But
is there a link between all of the above? Does being a successful
businessman necessarily mean we can enjoy healthy and happy
relationships? Does material success equate to spiritual success?
On
first glance the answer would be no. But the wisdom of Vedanta,
the ancient knowledge enshrined in the Vedas, teaches us that
there are principles by which we can achieve success in any
given field. Through an adjustment of perspective, a change
in attitude, an application of timeless values we can realise
the potential that lies dormant within each one of us and
attain the success we seek in all aspects of our lives.
