Bhaja Govindam

Bhaja Govindam is a text composed by Adi Sankaracharya.  Although it contains only 31 verses, the beautiful melodious verses summarise the entire teachings of Vedanta.  Man suffers from his own foolishness and arrogance and the text is a hammer blow to shatter the many delusions of mankind.  The prescription given to end the sorrows of man is single-pointed and universal: “Bhaja Govindam” – seek the Infinite.

In each class, the verses will be chanted followed by detailed group discussions.  The class is suitable both for beginner and intermediate levels.
