Yoga for Strength – celebrating International Yoga Day 2021

Join us in celebrating International Yoga Day! Yoga is an ancient Indian philosophy and practical system that provides us with an understanding of the mind and step by step instruction of how to calm it, make it still and steady and ultimately transcend it. It’s a powerful path and sadhana (practice) that can keep us centred in the midst of pandemics, uncertainty and change.

Join us for a day of:
– 108 surya namaskar to challenge the body and mind and raise funds for a selfless cause
– Asana & pranayama to build a personal daily practice
– Philosophy to view the pandemic from a yogic perspective
– Ayurveda to strengthen the immune system and calm the nervous system

Learn how to strengthen your body, mind and intellect through yoga. When these equipments are healthy and balanced it is easier to go beyond them (and face any pandemic along the way!)
