One of the 108 names of Pujya Gurudev is ‘Dharma-samsthaapaka – One who re-established Dharma’. In keeping with his grand vision, we have had 2 previous one and a half year Purohit Courses and also one course of 6 months at Chinmaya Gardens, Coimbatore. Again a need was felt for one more 6 month course. Hence it is decided to conduct a six-month Basic Purohit Course again at Chinmaya Gardens, Coimbatore from 2nd September 2019 to 2nd March 2020.
This course is so designed that all interested members of the society can get trained to lead the society on the path of righteousness.
This course will
- Train young men to take up Paurohityam as their profession.
- Enable members of Chinmaya Mission to learn the principles and practices of various rituals which will help them in their regular sadhana and also empower them to offer this noble seva in their respective Centres.
- Help Purohits gain more clarity and refresh their knowledge.
