Dear All,
Hari Om and Salutations!
On TV screens and mobile phones, Indians across the world watched in horror the replays of the terror attack on the CRPF convoy on 14th February 2019 at Pulwama. Anger, sorrow and grief followed in quick succession. The row of coffins shrouded in the tricolour and images of the grieving families pulled at our heart strings.
How can we show our solidarity with these families of our martyrs that have lost a husband, a son, a father?
The website https://bharatkeveer.gov.in gives us the option to contribute towards the families of those bravehearts who laid down their lives to ensure the sovereignty of India and the well being of us all.
This is a website launched by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
The website lists out details of soldiers who sacrificed their lives to protect our nation.
You can contribute minimum ₹10 (ten rupees) to ₹15 lakhs, according to your ability. When the family of any one soldier gets₹15 lakhs, the name is removed from the recipient list.
This initiative is genuine, you can get a tax rebate and you can know exactly whom you are supporting.
Members from overseas may send their donations to CCMT and CCMT will do the needful to ensure that the funds are donated appropriately.
Let each family chant the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra and offer prayers for the jawans and their families.
Love,
At His Feet,
Swaroopananda
