Vanaprastha – Satsang and Hanuman Chalisa

Our weekly session for senior citizens (although there is no strict age limit for attendees!) includes yoga and meditation. We then enjoy satsang studying one of the many excellent texts produced by Chinmaya Mission, led by our resident Brni. Shripriya Chaitanya. The session concludes by chanting the Hanuman Chalisa.
