29th Chinmaya Aradhana Day
30th July 2022Shri Krishna Janmashtami 2022
19th August 2022Greetings in advance for India’s Independence Day!
On 15 August 2022, we step towards a truly special landmark - 75 years of India’s independence. This is a day for every Indian to rejoice and, without any inhibitions, savour the joys of living as free citizens of a free nation.
To commemorate this momentous occasion, the Government of India has launched ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ (AKAM), a celebration of 75 glorious years of a progressive, independent India. This initiative aims to focus on our freedom struggle and the milestones the nation has achieved. AKAM is dedicated to India’s citizens, who have worked for its development and have dedicated themselves to its evolutionary journey.
The AKAM initiative has launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to encourage the citizens of this ancient land to hoist the National Flag of India in their homes. It aims to evoke a sense of patriotism and love in their hearts for the country; to remember with gratitude the sacrifices made to create and build this great nation.
In response to this call, I urge all members of Chinmaya Mission to hoist the Tricolour in their homes from 13 to 15 August 2022.

On his Aradhana day, let us remember and inculcate with pride Pujya Gurudev’s vision, “We believe that the service of our country is the service of the Lord of Lords and devotion to the people is the devotion to the Supreme Self.”
Jai Hind!
