Bhagavad Gita

The Gita is a scriptural text that provides both Brahma Vidya (knowledge of the Highest Truth) and also Yoga Sastra (how to lead our lives to attain this Highest Truth). This class is a study class where we will be discussing Swami Chinmayananda’s commentary on the Gita. This will give us an opportunity to consider how this knowledge applies to our lives and to discuss what its implications are for the decisions we make on a day-to-day basis.
