Join our beginners yoga classes and embark on your mind-body-spirit journey with weekly classes. Each week commit to a physical āsana practice that will create mobility and stability in the body, alongside other aspects of Yoga including prāṇāyāma, meditation and yoga philosophy.

As we journey through the principles of Raja Yoga, we will reflect on how we can live them both on and off the mat in a more harmonious and uplifting way.

Stay present, curious and connect with yourself on every level.

All levels are welcome.

If you have any underlying medical conditions, please check with your doctor(s) for advice and to confirm that it is ok for you to attend the classes

Refund Policy: Refunds will be available until one week before the first class of the block starts, but there will be a 10% admin fee deducted. Missed classes cannot be carried over from a previous block.

Classes run in blocks and pre-registration is required.
