Join our beginners yoga classes and embark on your mind-body-spirit journey with our block of 6 classes. Each week commit to a physical āsana practice that will create mobility and stability in the body, alongside other aspects of Yoga including prāṇāyāma, and meditation.
Stay present, curious and connect with yourself on every level.
All levels are welcome.
When: New block of classes start on Tuesday 14th January 2024, 7.30pm-9pm

If you’re unable to commit to a block of classes, then there is also a weekly class pass option:
If you have any underlying medical conditions, please check with your doctor(s) for advice and to confirm that it is ok for you to attend the classes
Refund Policy: Refunds will be available until one week before the first class of the block starts, but there will be a 10% admin fee deducted.
