The Sanskrit wing of Chinmaya Mission UK would like to draw your attention to some new classes for those who wish to learn Sanskrit. Both of these classes are to be held from 11.30am to 12.45pm on Saturdays at Chinmaya Kirti, 2 Egerton Gardens, Hendon NW4 4BA.
Class 1
One of the classes is meant for those who already are familiar with the Devanagari script and can read and write it. This class will start with basic grammar. This class will be taught by Kala Gunness.
Class 2
The other class will start with the Devanagari alphabet in which most Sanskrit texts are written. Children, accompanied by their parents, are encouraged to join this class. This class will be taught by Raj Iyer.
Presentation on Saturday 30 September 2017
We are starting on 30 September 2017 with a presentation highlighting the benefits of learning Sanskrit as well as its unique features. It will provide a good opportunity to meet your teachers and others who have contributed to / gained from these classes.
