Krishna still holds an aura of mystery around Him, as He did thousands of years ago. We know Him as the cute baby Krishna, the mischievous Krishna who stole butter and played pranks on the Gopis and as the God that inspired Arjuna to wield the bow again. But is He merely a colourful character mentioned in our scriptures or is there a deeper significance to the multi-faceted life of Krishna?
To talk about him and his glory, not even Krishna can do it! In his one single lifetime, so much has been packed in it, it takes almost a lifetime to understand and appreciate. And there may be areas in his glory that our human mind may not even conceive and appreciate.
Listen to a clip from Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda’s talk on Lord Krishna and his life. Gurudev shows how Lord Krishna managed to stay happy and balanced amidst all the complexities of life any mortal goes through
“When you meet him there, I shall not be far away from him.”
