12th December 2020Life is full of ups and downs. Things change. Even Sri Rama and Lord Krishna, Christ and Mohammed had to face them. Their glory was that even while facing them all, they smilingly lived fully, fulfilling their duties in life.
Those who have faith in God are not guaranteed that they will have none of the worldly tragedies. The world will remain the same whether you are a devotee or not. The devotee finds in herself more equilibrium and balance in meeting the world.
The true nature comes out in us only when we are crushed. The fragrance of chandan emerges only when rubbed. Tulsī leaves leave their fragrance on the very fingers that crush them.
